Tish Loeb has been an estate planning attorney for over twenty-five years. Her practice encompasses tax and non–tax aspects of estate planning and probate, and related areas including drafting trusts and wills, structuring wealth transfers to charitable and noncharitable recipients, and planning for incapacity.
Tish began as an associate in 1999 in the estate planning group at Cooley Godward LLP in Palo Alto before starting her own practice in 2002. She also was an adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she taught estate planning courses from Fall 2003 through Spring 2006.
Tish received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was a visiting student at Stanford Law School. She graduated cum laude and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She also earned a M.S. in Public Affairs from the University of Massachusetts, and a B. S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis.
Tish is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the State Bar of California.
Tish lives in Palo Alto with her husband, three children, three chickens, and her bee hives.
