Speaking Engagements

Doug Aikins presented seminars on "California Land Use Law; New Developments" for the National Business Institute (NBI), in Fresno on October 23, 2007, and in San Jose, on December 11, 2007.

Amiram Givon spoke on "Basic ERISA Fiduciary Duties" at the Western Pension & Benefits Conference Annual Meeting in San Francisco in July, 2007. He also gave a presentation on "Fixing Problems Under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System" to the San Francisco chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference in May, 2007. And Ami was named as a Northern California 2007 Super Lawyer (http://www.superlawyers.com).

Libby Roth and Barbara Tanzillo have made several training presentations to clients on Sexual Harassment, in compliance with California's now mandated interactive training and education for supervisory employees regarding sexual harassment (CA Government Code section 12950.1).
