Speaking Engagements
Litigation partner Jeffrey Lee represents clients in intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes. He recently spoke about trade secret theft under federal criminal law in a presentation entitled "The Economic Espionage Act of 1996: Issues and Developments," at the Bar Association of San Francisco on June 5, 2010 in connection with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Western Regional Conference.
Elizabeth Roth and Barbara Tanzillo have made several training presentations to clients on Sexual Harassment, in compliance with California's now mandated interactive training and education for supervisory employees regarding sexual harassment (CA Government Code section 12950.1).
Appointments
On January 10, 2012, partner Robert W. Luckinbill was appointed by the Santa Clara City Council to be a Commissioner on the city’s Historical & Landmarks Commission. His term runs through June 30, 2015. |
