Anne
Neeter joined the firm in 1994 as a partner. Her practice involves
technology transactions, venture financing,
general corporate, mergers & acquisitions
and commercial law. Her clients range
from start up technology clients to large public companies. Client
technologies include: EDA software, environmental software, other
proprietary software, open source software, web services, chip design
and sales, hardware design and sales, and professional services.
Before joining GCA, she was a partner in the business department
at Berliner Cohen in San Jose, California and she practiced in the
corporate and international area with the Chicago and Minneapolis
offices of Baker & McKenzie.
Ms. Neeter grew up in the Netherlands and has a Gymnasium B degree;
she studied chemistry before switching to law and then received
a J.D. and an LL.M. from the University of Leiden Law School. She
received a second J.D. from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.
