Paul Graffagnino has been a partner in the corporate and securities practice of GCA Law Partners LLP since joining the firm in August 1992. Previously, he was a partner in the corporate and securities group at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro in San Francisco. Mr. Graffagnino was also an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. 

Mr. Graffagnino graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and holds a J.D. with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
