Tish Loeb joined GCA Law Partners LLP as a partner in September 2014 in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice. Tish has focused exclusively on estate planning since 1999. After law school, Tish was an associate in the estate planning group at Cooley Godward in Palo Alto for three years before establishing her own estate planning practice. She previously was a member of the faculty at Santa Clara University where she taught estate planning courses at the School of Law from 2003 – 2006.
Tish’s practice covers trusts, wills, probate, estate planning, guardianship for minor children, estate administration, durable powers of attorney, planning for incapacity, gift tax and estate tax planning.
Tish earned her JD from Loyola Law School; she was also a visiting student at Stanford Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from U.C. Davis, and a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts.
Tish can be found many afternoons happily coaching youth sports in Palo Alto.
